Please have your agent give us a call. &nbsp;<\/p>\r\n                <\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <div class=\"simpletext span8 offset2\">\r\n                <h4>Why can't extra services be added to a file within 10 days of departure?<\/h4>\r\n                <div class=\"text\">\r\n                    <p>As our adventures are often \"off the beaten track\" it is next to impossible to contact our tour leaders and have them arrange these services in such a short time frame. We highly recommend adding services to your booking at least 30 days prior to your departure date as amendment fees will apply between 30 - 10 days.<\/p>\r\n                <\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <div class=\"simpletext span8 offset2\">\r\n                <h4>Why extra services might not be available to be added to a file closer to departure?<\/h4>\r\n                <div class=\"text\">\r\n                    <p>As our adventures are often \"off the beaten track\" it is next to impossible to contact our tour leaders and have them arrange these services too close to departure. We highly recommend adding services to your booking at least 30 days prior to your departure to guarantee your space.<\/p>\r\n                <\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <div class=\"simpletext span8 offset2\">\r\n                <h4>What does \"Holding an Option\" mean?<\/h4>\r\n                <div class=\"text\">\r\n                    \r\n                    <p>It means reserving space without payment for up to 48 hours. Holding an option gives you time to research flights, gather passport information, confirm arrangements with travel partners, etc.. An option will expire and your space will be released unless you confirm within 48 hours. Holding an option isn't necessary if you know you want to book and are ready to make payment. <\/p>\r\n                    \r\n                <\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <div class=\"simpletext span8 offset2\">\r\n                <h4>How do I \"Hold an Option\"<\/h4>\r\n                <div class=\"text\">\r\n                    <p>There are two ways to hold an option: online or by phone (1-800-708-7761). Our secure online booking form allows you to \"Hold an Option\" or \"Confirm my Booking\". Payment is not required when holding an option however we do require your credit card details when booking online. Your credit card will not be charged unless you confirm your option. After holding an option you will be provided with a <b>Booking Reference Number<\/b> and instructions on how to confirm. Options that are not confirmed within 48 hours will expire and your space will be released. <\/p>\r\n                <\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <div class=\"simpletext span8 offset2\">\r\n                <h4>Can I book and confirm without holding an option?<\/h4>\r\n                <div class=\"text\">\r\n                    <p>Yes! You can do so online or by phone (visit our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gadventures.com\/contact-us\">contact us <\/a>page). We like that feeling \u2013 so much so that we figured everyone should have it. Every G Adventures departure is guaranteed to run. Yup, all of them. Once you've booked and paid, that's it; you're going. Guaranteed. Your trip won't be cancelled by us for any reason (beyond harsh weather or safety issues). Promise.<\/p>\r\n                <\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <div class=\"simpletext span8 offset2\">\r\n                <h4>Do I need insurance?<\/h4>\r\n                <div class=\"text\">\r\n                    <p>All of our tours require that you have medical travel insurance which includes at least USD$200,000 worth of emergency evacuation and repatriation coverage. On Day 1 your tour leader \/ G Adventures representative will ask you for proof of coverage. Cancellation insurance is recommended but not mandatory.<\/p>\r\n                <\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <div class=\"simpletext span8 offset2\">\r\n                <h4>Can my documents be mailed out to me?<\/h4>\r\n                <div class=\"text\">\r\n                    <p>As a sustainable company we try to limit the amount of paper that we consume, therefore, all documents are electronically sent directly to your email account.&nbsp; Please consult a G Adventures specialist if this is not possible.<\/p>\r\n                <\/div>\r\n            <\/div>\r\n            <div class=\"simpletext span8 offset2\">\r\n                <h4>How do you send out travel documentation?<\/h4>\r\n                <div class=\"text\">\r\n                    <p>All documentation is sent electronically by email. Shortly after we receive your payment we will send you your initial documents.
